Enduring Beauty

As a coda of sorts to the Wheeling & Lake Erie Railway’s destruction of Schweitzer Marsh, this image was taken January 6, 2024. I’ve rendered it in black and white, in part as a metaphor for the devastation of the wetland but also as a tribute to its enduring beauty, even in transformation.
